Definition:

Clients trusted the providers to keep their personal information confidential.

 

Purpose:

Quality abortion care requires a person-centered approach to services; clients who report that they believe the providers will keep their information private suggest the site offers an environment that is perceived as trusted and confidential.

Justification for Inclusion:

Statistical association with client outcomes

 

Quality Threshold:

A point of service is considered as meeting this indicator’s quality threshold if 90% of clients report trusting that their providers would keep their personal information confidential.
